What Does the following Blood Test Result Mean?

Hello,

I am 42 and have had my first blood test done with my new doctor to check on how things are. My leucocyte level was 3120 mm3, Neutrophil count 1654 mm3 and platlets 136000mm3. All on the low side. I feel fine and have not been ill in the past few months. What could I interprete from this test?

Many thanks,

Robert

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your blood test reports suggest you have mild leucopenia and mild thrombocytopenia. You may have some viral infection. This type of blood reports are very common in viral infection. Its not a cause of big worry. Just be relaxed. If you don't have any symptoms then no any treatment is required. Just repeat your complete blood count once after a week.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
